1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the ps88ad platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

When registering your ps88ad account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. ps88ad is not liable for any losses or complications arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, bonus wagering requirements (where applicable), and internal risk and fraud checks. ps88ad aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, with most GCash and Maya withdrawals completed within minutes. However, ps88ad does not guarantee specific processing timeframes and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing schedules, or regulatory review requirements.

ps88ad reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals.

4.3 Currency

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ps88ad platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, text, software, and audio-visual elements, is the exclusive property of ps88ad or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ps88ad platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or transmit any content from the ps88ad platform without the prior written consent of ps88ad.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ps88ad, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes;
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes where such outcomes have been determined by a certified RNG system;
• Delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers.

ps88ad's aggregate liability to any player under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

ps88ad strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 21. We also prohibit gambling by individuals who are subject to a self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed or mandated by a regulatory authority. Players who have registered a self-exclusion with ps88ad will have their accounts suspended and will not receive any marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion period.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

ps88ad reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;

Upon closure of an account for cause, ps88ad may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at your own request and no policy violations are identified, any remaining balance (after deduction of non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method.

12 Amendments to Terms

ps88ad reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to the terms will be communicated to registered players via notification on the platform or by email to the address on file. The effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ps88ad platform following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
